Make a beautiful pair of earrings featuring cabochons and fringe using bead embroidery techniques. Course Code: #1040-01. Call 248-203-3800 to register.

This course is offered by Birmingham Community Education and held at Seaholm High School, Room C104. The instructor, Gail Frederickson, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Arts and has been an avid beader since childhood. She is currently a Board Member of the Great Lakes Beadworkers Guild and teaches at the annual Bead & Button Conference. All materials provided unless otherwise stated. Limited enrollment.

NOTE: Beading classes are taught by Beth Stone, author of "Seed Bead Stitching: Creative Variations on Traditional Techniques." Her second book is due out at the end of 2009.
