This class explores the use of tile as an art form and works on creating individualized projects. The instructor discusses techniques to create designs on tiles and also work with the mold-making process. Instruction includes the use of tile as a component of larger mosaic or sculptural pieces. Students are highly encouraged to develop and nurture their own artistic expression through both projects and discussion.
